Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Alumalite Design, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all sales, including custom products, and apply to all business transactions.

2. Payment Terms

      •     All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed upon.

      •     A 50% deposit is required to start production on custom items. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

      •     Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers.

3. Custom Orders

      •     A design proof will be provided before production begins. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the proof.

      •     Any changes to the design after production has started may incur additional fees.

      •     Alumalite Design is not responsible for any errors once the design proof is approved by the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

      •     Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase and added to the final invoice.

      •     Alumalite Design ships via standard ground shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer.

      •     Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. Alumalite Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

      •     Custom products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

      •     Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs, provided they are in new, unused condition.

      •     If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Alumalite Design within 5 days of receipt. Proof of damage may be required.

6. Warranty

      •     Alumalite Design offers a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects for all custom products.

      •     This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

      •     Alumalite Design is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its products.

      •     In no event shall Alumalite Design’s liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.

8. Intellectual Property

      •     All designs and custom products created by Alumalite Design remain the intellectual property of Alumalite Design unless otherwise agreed upon.

      •     Customers may not reproduce or use any designs without prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

      •     Alumalite Design reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.

10. Governing Law

      •     These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona], without regard to conflict of law principles.
